Q: How long will my syrup last?
A: For best quality and taste, refrigerate upon opening and use within 6 months. We offer a 4 week return guarantee for any issues that occur to an unopened syrup. Please reach out on our contact page with any questions. Thank you!
Q: Can I buy your syrups online?
A: Yes! You can now find my syrups available online in my SHOP. For wholesale orders, please reach out through my CONTACT page.
Q: How do you use your syrups?
A: Seek out my RECIPES page to find my curated cocktails and other recipes. The sky is the limit, every week I am told new ways a customer has used a syrup flavor.
Q: What if I cannot find a flavor I'm looking for?
A: I am always open to hearing new syrup ideas to bring to markets! Bring me your flavor concept at the market or share with me on my social media and you just might find it at the next market. If you would like to put in a bulk order for a syrup I don't currently offer, please reach out on my CONTACT page for pricing and availability.
Q: What's in Renn's Syrup's?
A: Each of my syrups is created using a base sweetener (Sugar, Brown Sugar, or Honey) and is infused with natural fruits, veggies, herbs, and spices. My syrups do not include any unnatural additives, dyes, preservatives, artificial sweeteners, or extracts.
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: Yes, we offer local pickup in Nevada, IA at our Brick and Mortar, Renn's Cafe! At check out there is an option for local pickup. Once your order is ready we will reach out to coordinate a pickup time.
